CoveReady Legal Center
Cancellation Policy
Effective July 15, 2026
Before acceptance
You may cancel while payment is only authorized and before CoveReady accepts the request. CoveReady will release the authorization; your card issuer controls when the hold disappears.
After acceptance but before dispatch
Contact CoveReady immediately. CoveReady may refund or release all or part of the charge after considering reserved time, preparation, communication, travel commitments, urgent-priority handling, and nonrecoverable costs.
After dispatch or arrival
Once CoveReady is en route or has arrived, the initial-visit charge is generally nonrefundable. If the requested work cannot be performed because access is unavailable, information is inaccurate, occupants or pets prevent entry, or conditions are unsafe, the visit may still be charged.
Urgent requests
Urgent requests should be canceled by phone as soon as possible. The urgent-priority fee may remain due after acceptance or response begins because immediate availability was reserved.
Weather and safety
CoveReady may delay, reschedule, or cancel when weather, roads, access, law, staffing, or safety make service impractical. When CoveReady cancels without performing the accepted service, the applicable unearned charge will be released or refunded.
Plans
Recurring plans may be canceled according to the plan terms. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase charges for completed or already committed visits.
How to cancel
Call or text (573) 502-0150 or email [email protected]. Include your name, property, and request reference. A website message alone should not be relied on for a time-sensitive cancellation.
