Privacy Policy

Overview
CoveReady, LLC ("CoveReady," "we," "us," or "our") provides on-demand property support for vacation homes, lake houses, condominiums, docks, and short-term rentals in the Lake of the Ozarks area. This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address, preferred contact method, account credentials, service requests, property notes, access instructions, gate or lockbox codes, alarm instructions, photos, reports, invoices, payment status, communications, and technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and security logs.
Property access information and photos
Access instructions, property photographs, and reports may contain sensitive information. We use them only to review, schedule, perform, document, and support requested services. We do not place sensitive access codes in ordinary marketing communications and limit access to people who need the information to perform or support an approved service.
Payments
Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. CoveReady receives payment status and transaction identifiers but does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; verify identity and email; save properties; price, review, schedule, and perform services; authorize and capture payments; create reports and invoices; communicate by email, phone, or text; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain records; comply with law; and improve CoveReady.
Calls, texts, and email
CoveReady may send transactional communications about your account, property, payment authorization, scheduling, service status, urgent conditions, reports, and customer support. SMS consent is optional and must be provided through an unchecked consent box or documented verbal consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information and SMS consent
CoveReady does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help deliver transactional communications, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging platforms, and only as necessary to provide those communications. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, payments, communications, security, accounting, or other business operations; with contractors or emergency services when authorized or reasonably necessary to protect life or property; and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request correction of account information or closure of your customer account, subject to records we must retain. You may opt out of nonessential communications, but service-related notices may still be required while an account or request is active.
Children
CoveReady is not intended for children under 18 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
