Trust & Data Security

Property information deserves careful handling
CoveReady accounts may contain addresses, access instructions, private property photos, reports, and billing records. We design the workflow so sensitive information is submitted after verified login and is used only when needed for an approved service.
Account security
Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable passwords. Email verification and authenticated portals help prevent unauthorized access. Customers are responsible for protecting passwords and promptly reporting suspected account misuse.
Payments
Stripe handles card entry and processing. CoveReady does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Access codes and reports
Gate, alarm, and lockbox instructions are kept out of ordinary public pages and marketing. Reports and private photos are provided through authenticated customer access whenever practical. Sensitive codes are not read aloud in automated urgent-alert calls.
Operational trust
CoveReady is owner-operated at launch. Jeff Hartsock is a U.S. Navy veteran, has completed a professional background check through Checkr, and is insured. Property information is accessed only as reasonably needed to review, perform, document, bill, or support authorized work.
Limits and reporting concerns
No system can eliminate all risk. Contact [email protected] or (573) 502-0150 immediately if you believe account or property information has been exposed or misused.
