Every CoveReady field visit is personally performed by Jeff Hartsock at launch. There is no anonymous dispatch network and no unapproved subcontractor sent in his place.

Gate codes, lockbox details, alarm notes, private photos, and property instructions are not requested through an open public contact form. They are associated with the authenticated customer and the reviewed service request.
Field personnel receive only the information needed to perform approved work. Sensitive codes should not be spoken in automated phone alerts or placed in general marketing emails.
